With fairly limited resources FAITH has always tried to focus its activities where the need is the greatest.

We are best known for our Soup Runs in the evenings and our Tea Bar Sunday afternoon aimed primarily at the homeless and those in real need.

Alongside the work with the homeless has been an ongoing outreach to families in need in the Reading area. This has mainly consisted of supplying parcels of food to those most in need, but also in other practical help such as basic decorating, tidying gardens or removing household rubbish to the local tip.

The contacts for this part of FAITH's work have come from the local social services, health visitors, doctors surgeries, other local charities and churches.
